Thank you for your purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or any other reason once an order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Refunds are only available for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To request an exchange, please contact bmtrading@outlook.sa.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days, unless an exception applies under law.
